1. Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to lock in your shoot date. This deposit is non-refundable once a shoot date is confirmed, as it covers our planning, scheduling, and the time we hold for your project.
If you cancel before a shoot date is confirmed in writing, your deposit is fully refundable.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens. Here's how we handle it:
More than 72 hours before the shoot: Free rescheduling, deposit applied to the new date.
Less than 72 hours before the shoot: Rescheduling allowed once, with a $150 rebooking fee to cover lost time.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Deposit forfeited. A new deposit is required to rebook.
3. Final Payment & Delivery
The remaining 50% is due upon delivery, before final files are handed over. Once final payment has been received and files have been delivered, the project is considered complete and no refunds are issued.
If you have concerns with the delivered work, every package includes one round of revisions to address them.
4. Revisions
Most packages include 1 round of revisions (Brand Story includes 2). We use these to address anything that doesn't feel right — pacing, color, music, captions, photo selection.
If significant changes are requested beyond the included revision rounds, additional editing time can be booked at an hourly rate, agreed on in advance.
5. Quality Guarantee
If something goes seriously wrong on our end — a technical issue, a missed deliverable, or work that doesn't match the agreed scope — we'll make it right. That might mean a reshoot, a re-edit, or a partial refund, depending on the situation. We'll always have a conversation first.
6. How to Request a Refund or Raise an Issue

We'll review your request and respond within 3 business days.
7. Policy Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted here on our website.
