Meli Pictures provides videography, photography, and content creation services. By using our site or hiring us for a project, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

Our Website Content

All content on this website — including text, visuals, videos, designs, and branding — is the property of Meli Pictures unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse our website materials without written permission.

Client Content & Usage Rights

Once a project is paid in full, the client receives full usage rights to the delivered video and photo content for use across their business platforms (website, social media, ads, print, Google Business).

Meli Pictures retains the right to:

• Display the work in our portfolio, website, and social media

• Use the footage in promotional reels and case studies

• Reference the project as a credit when relevant

If you'd prefer your project to remain private, let us know in writing before the shoot and we'll honor that request.

3. Payments & Deliverables

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a shoot date.

• The remaining 50% is due upon delivery, before final files are handed over.

• Payment terms, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated during the booking and consultation process.

• Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and Tap to Pay.

• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of file delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

To make sure your project runs smoothly, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the business or project

• Confirming shoot logistics (location, time, access, points of contact)

• Preparing the space when applicable (cleaning, styling, organizing)

• Providing timely feedback during revision rounds

• Any required permissions, model releases, or location releases for the shoot

Delays in communication or feedback may affect delivery timelines.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are handled per our Refund Policy. In summary:

Free rescheduling more than 72 hours before the shoot

• A rebooking fee applies for cancellations within 72 hours

• No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit

6. Revisions

Most packages include 1 round of revisions (Brand Story includes 2). Revisions cover refinements to the existing edit — pacing, music, color, captions, photo selection.

Significant changes that go beyond the included revision rounds may be billed at an hourly rate, agreed on in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure every shoot and delivery runs smoothly. However, Meli Pictures is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website

• Loss of business revenue, customers, or marketing performance based on delivered content

• Unforeseen circumstances during a shoot (weather, equipment failure, location issues) — though we will always work with you to reschedule or resolve

In any dispute, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our website and delivery process may include links or integrations with third-party services (Google Drive, WeTransfer, payment processors). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of these third parties.

9. Privacy

By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site or services implies acceptance of those changes.
